Black History Month
​
The month of February is set aside to honor the many contributions of African Americans. Each February, Sister Barbara Davis prepares an educational display for the foyer. Many members and visitors wear African inspired attire to celebrate. The Black History Program was organized by Sister Emma Lee and was presented on February 26th, immediately following service. It focused on the history of Gospel music and soul food.
